Welcome! My name is Josh. When I'm not helping people find their dream homes you can find me out exploring all that Idaho has to offer. I'm an avid outdoorsman and conservationist. I'll tell you the spot next to my secret spot! I know the area well and I love sharing my knowledge with anyone willing to listen. 

I also play drums in a live karaoke group with my wife who plays bass. Both her and I have been playing for well over 30 years. If you want to be a rockstar temporarily I can hook you up.
